This is why I created the 5-DAY MUSIC CHALLENGE to help you answer these questions. Within just 5 days, you can go from starving artist to thriving artist—all from the comfort of your own home. Why do I care?
Music is my passion, just like it is for you, and it frustrates me to see how the big three record labels (Warner, Sony, and Universal) and platforms like Spotify exploit musicians. Music is a highly profitable industry, yet the revenue isn't fairly distributed. How is it that artists often struggle financially while Spotify rakes in billions and record labels claim most of the rights, leaving creators with little to show for their work? The labels make millions, while the artists receive only a fraction—after repaying their debts to the label, of course.
How is that fair? More importantly, how does it even make sense?
I believe in a future where musicians are paid what they deserve and treated with the same respect as any other profession. I’m done justifying my choice to follow my dreams as a musician.
Instead of just complaining about how unfair things are, I sought out a solution. After some time, I found one! By studying independent artists earning six or seven figures, I noticed something crucial: they weren’t just talented; they treated their music like a business. They learned how to market and sell their music themselves—and they kept 100% of the profits.
So, how do we change the music industry? By reclaiming our power and mastering the skills of marketing and selling. It might seem overwhelming, but I promise—if you want to make money as an artist, you must learn these skills.

Who is Alise Koa?
I was born on Oahu, Hawaii. Grew up in Bavaria, Germany and studied "Popular Music Performance" in England.
It all started with a dream to "make it" in the music industry. I was broke and not making much head way, so I thought I had to become an even better musician and went to study "popular music performance". I listened to the advice
"be so good they can't ignore you".
I honed in my songwriting skills, performance on stage, production and everything else I thought would be important to finally make some money. I graduated and...
I was STILL BROKE!
Up until this point I thought talent and hard work would get me to where I wanted to go in my music courier. But there was one big skill I completely overlooked and underestimated that kept me broke that I wasn't taught at university...
I did my research and saw a lot of independent musicians that were making six to seven figures a year! What?!?! So it was possible to go fulltime as an independent artist. I reverse engineered their success stories and after a lot of research I finally found my answer.
They saw themselves as a business and therefore knew how to market and sell their music.
This sent me down the path of learning as much as I could about marketing and selling. The more I learned the more I realised how fun, easy and creative it actually is. I fell in love with marketing and sells. And it pains me to see that there are still so many independent musicians out there that have amazing music but no reach, simply because they don't know how to market.
Which brings me to this moment right now. I know what it's like to feel alone, like it's you against the world. I know what it's like to feel stuck and overwhelmed.

Who Chooses The Days Of The Challenge?
You! The cool thing about a 1-on-1 challenge is that it's all about you getting results. You get to pick the dates at a time that is convenient to you. The video calls are over ZOOM. You only have to make sure your video and audio works before you jump on the video call with me.
Why Is The Challenge For Free?
I want to be fully transparent here. First of all, I want to show you that what I have to offer you can truly change your music trajectory and that I'm here for you and that I care.
At the end of this challenge I do hope to show you what it would be like to work together on a payed basis.
Why Is It a 1-on-1 Challenge?
Easy, I want to make sure I can help you as best as I can. By doing this challenge together I hope it will give you the space you need to open up and share things you wouldn't be able to if we were in a group setting. Plus, it gives me the chance to focus on you and only you. Allowing you to get results faster.
How Much Time Commitment Does This Require?
The challenge goes over five days, taking 45 minutes each. That's it. Ideally the five days should be grouped together as close as possible, but we'll discuss next appointments on our first call together. I'm sure we'll find some time that'll work for you.
What Is Expected Of Me During The Challenge?
The most important thing is that you are fully focused. Make sure you're in a quiet place and your kids are taken care of while the 45 minute call, if you have any.
Other than that, an open mind and something to take notes on. You'll need it.
Do I Have To Be A Tech Wizard To Make This Work?
No, you don't need to be a tech wizard at all! If you can copy & paste, and drag & drop, you're all set to make this work. The tools I'll be sharing with you are powerful yet user-friendly. Plus, I'll guide you through the entire process. All you need to start is ZOOM.
What If I Can't Commit To 5 Days?
I get it, time is scarce. If you don't have five days I can shorten the days and lengthen the time. For Example, you can only do three days. This will extend your time to 1h 15 min. We can discus this on your first call together, when we schedule out the rest of the appointments. We'll work something out.
How Fast Can I Expect Results?
First and foremost It'll depend on how far along you already are in your music journey.
But please keep in mind, while I can provide the tools and support, the results you achieve will be directly influenced by the time and energy you invest. You have the power to choose your pace of progress.
