I was born on Oahu, Hawaii. Grew up in Bavaria, Germany and studied "popular music performance" in England.
It all started with a dream to "make it" in the music industry. I was broke and not making much head way, so I thought I had to become an even better musician and went to study "popular music performance". I listened to the advice
"be so good they can't ignore you".
I honed in my songwriting skills, performance on stage, production and everything else I thought would be important to finally make some money. I graduated and...
I WAS STILL BROKE!
Up until this point I thought talent and hard work would get me to where I wanted to go in my music curer. But there was one big skill I completely overlooked and underestimated that kept me broke.
I did my research and saw a lot of independent musicians that were making six to seven figures a year! What?!?! So it was possible to go fulltime as an independent artist? I reverse engineered their success stories and after a lot of research I finally found my answer.
They saw themselves as a business/entrepreneur and therefore knew how to market and sell their music.
This sent me down the path of learning as much as I could about marketing and selling. The more I learned the more I realised how fun, easy and create it actually is. I fell in love with marketing and sells. And it pains me to see that there are still so many independent musicians out there that have amazing music but no reach, simply because they don't know how to market.
Which brings me to this moment right now. I know what it's like to feel alone, like it's you against the world. I know what it's like to feel stuck and overwhelmed.
Which is why I want to help musicians just like you.
